Great time was had by all

Well we had a blast last night - we went over to a friend's house for dinner. I'm helping his new wife learn a bit more about cooking, but honestly she did great. We had Chicken Marsala, noodles, roasted broccoli, Caesar salad and chocolate cake for desert.

It was nice having a night out - we played Trivial Pursuit (fun) and some game named 10 something or other - not as much fun basically because with that many people (there were six of us) it took to long to run a turn. In both cases we actually quit before the game would have finished, simply because after an hour or two you're tired and need a break.

All in all, though, a great evening. I came home and crashed, and now it's time to get back to blogging!
