If you know what Black friday is, you're either a diehard shopping fanatic, or a former retail manager. (Or in my case, both.) For the rest of you, Black Friday si the day after Thanksgiving - the day when all the really GOOD sales happen - and the day when retailers traditionally started making a profit - moving from being 'in the red' to 'in the black'.
