*Groan*

Yup, low on cash and groceries again. Thank goodness my fella gets paid on Monday - I'll sneak out this evening, pick up a few essentials and all will be well with the world. Right now I figure milk, a 2 liter of Pepsi (no it's not ESSENTIAL but it's yummy) and maybe some cocoa and cat food and we'd be in business. Hooray!

As usual right before the holidays, between bills and gifts I'm completely tapped out. I haven't finished gifts yet and with him having been sick this week things are beginning to look a bit grim. So I'm looking out at the universe and asking for a windfall - we often get lucky that way, here's hoping this year is no exception. A bit of extra cash would close the gap nicely... but we'll see. In the meantime I'm a budget-obsessed maniac.
