It's an iPhone kind of world

Wirefly has posted the most complete specs I've seen for the Apple iPhone, due out this summer. Now you might be saying "What the heck could be so interesting about yet another mobile phone?" but you'd have to know three crucial facts to understand why I'd be interested.

#1 - I am, and will always be, a geek. Being interested in gadgets is encoded in our DNA.

#2 - For almost a decade I worked in retail store management. During that time my focus was on (surprise!) electronic gadgets, computer hardwaer, and software/video games.

#3 - The first computer I ever owned was an Apple II+ with an Amdek color monitor and 5 1/4 floppy drive. That makes me a card-carrying Apple fanatic, by default.

So when I see articles like this, this tiny little piece of my brain lights up and says "Hey! This is stuff I should know about." (It also says, ow, my feet hurt! But that's a holdover from those thirteen hour days.)

The spec list for the phone is HUGE, and very detailed. For example you may not have known that the Apple iPhone includes a 2.0 Megapixel Camera AND allows not only still pictures but video clip recording (great for those YouTube uploads!)

Be sure to add your name to their email list too, so you can be notified as soon as the iPhone is ready to purchase (I know I got my name in there lickety split.)
