The Greatest Living American?

Perhaps it is true, in a sense. Tonight on the Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert found out about Google bombing. Once he realized the potential power of this opportunity, he called upon us, the heroes and loyal members of the Colbert Nation, to christen him as the Greatest Living American.

Given his stellar wit, charm and devilish good looks, how could I (or any other devoted follower) deny him such a simple request? Not to mention his fantastic taste in ice cream. Considering all he has done for our great nation, this particular honor seems LONG overdue.

So heads up, Stephen Colbert - I bequeath you with my vote for the Greatest Living American. Oh and Stephen, if you see this - I want a Colbert Nation T-Shirt :) After all, I am a blogger, and you now know what ungodly powers we wield.
