Vacation ideas

I've always wanted to go to Europe, so I did a little surfing today to get some vacation ideas. The obvious choices are France, Spain and so forth, but I was surprised at how much interest property in Bulgaria is getting lately! I didn't actually know much about this small European nation, located between Romania and Turkey. For example, did you know that they not only have great ski slopes, but gorgeous beaches (they're located on the Black Sea)? or that they're one of the fastest growing golfing destinations? (My fella is a golfer, in case you haven't figured that out.) And Bulgaria was just accepted into the European Union, which will do even more for their economy... I never considered vacationing there before, but now it sounds really interesting! One more for my 'Things to do before I die' list!
