Well, unfortunately looks like I called it this week. Stephanie Edwards was elminated. At this point in the competition, you really can't afford not to stand out - and Phil Stacey should probably be watching his back in that regard.

Thanks for all the comments and emails, also - even the folks who don't like Sanjaya and are sending me a wee bit of hate mail ;) I love hearing from you, so keep it coming!

So - who's gonna go tonight?

Dial Idol is saying that the guys are too close to call, so at this point it's anyone's game... but the girls seem to be angling towards losing Haley, Stephanie (WTF?) or Sabrina. It amazes me that Antonella keeps coasting through considering everything that's happened, but I suppose there's no accounting for taste. I suppose tonight all I can do is curl up on the couch and hope for the best...

American Idol voting means it's "Dial Idol" time!

If you haven't heard of DialIdol (and it's hard to believe anyone hasn't) then pop by their site. They not only have a software program you can use to dial for your favorite idol over and over but the real attraction is the predictions page. They have an ever-improving track record of predicting the winners (and the folks who are voted off each week) which makes for a must-click for me.
