Nope. (Though I DO think it's an important issue.)

I am talking about the SEO World Championship! And the keyphrase for this year is globalwarming awareness2007 - the winner must rank the highest in organic search results across the major three search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN) for this phrase. Announced on January 15th, plenty of participants are vying for the grand prize of a new car (they are also giving away Caribbean cruises and plasma TV's!) - and of course, bragging rights. So obviously I just had to jump on the 'Global Warming' bandwagon (A great cause to raise awareness about anyway) and see if I could get a wee bit of ranking. Am I eligible for the prize? Nope, because I didn't register the domain AFTER January 15th. Ah well - next year I think I may just throw my hat in the ring!
