Grow your own house?

OK This really tickled me. Even though it's made out of, well, trees - it reminded me of a hobbit hole with the round doors and windows. I think what I like BEST about the idea is how environmentally friendly it is - growing a house is just a neat idea. The problem, of course, is that we're an impatient sort - waiting FIVE YEARS for a house to grow seems a bit improbable. Maybe if a developer grew them and sold them when they were done?
